The location is fantastic, surrounded by local restaurants and shopping, making it easy to explore what Medellin has to offer.
The noise levels are quite high, especially in the hallways, which can disrupt a good night’s sleep.

I absolutely loved the old telephone found in my closet! Just imagine, how thoughtful of them to provide such a unique touch. However, hearing garbage collectors at 5 am really added to the rustic charm. I also expected at least a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but I guess treating me like everyone else is their new policy. So disappointing.

The apartment features uniquely spacious layouts, allowing for a more comfortable experience during your stay. The location is prime for quick access to local attractions and restaurants, making it convenient to explore the area.
Unfortunately, the place suffers from several issues. The bed in my room felt uncomfortable, and the kitchen was quite unusable—cluttered and in poor shape. I had a room with leaking issues, and waking up to noisy garbage collectors at 5:00 AM was less than ideal. Also, there were various maintenance problems like inconsistent hot water, which should be a given for a traveler. I appreciated the lofts, but I've seen better. some rooms definitely need attention to live up to expectations.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The quiet neighborhood made it perfect for our family getaway, and having two dogs with us was no trouble at all. The spacious junior suite was comfortable, and we loved being so close to local restaurants.
In my wife’s opinion, more play areas for kids would be fantastic.

Target audience decent.
Checked in late at night and the front desk girl was friendly. There’s a stocked mini fridge which is convenient but no where to hang any clothing.
It wasn’t expensive but it still felt off for what you get.

Unexpected Charm and Comfort at an Unbeatable Price
Enjoyed my stay with a comfy bed and a modern bathroom. The location is perfect for exploring nearby restaurants and shopping centers. A tip for future guests, choose a first-floor room if stairs are an issue. The 24/7 front desk staff were always helpful!
